Mosun Omotunde is a licensed Human Resource practitioner, an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, as well as an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM) and the National Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). Her background in Human Psychology makes her an asset in  talent hunt and prospective employee profiling.She is a human resource professional as well as a creative writer.

She is also an entrepreneur who discovered the need to provide recruitment and content creation outsourcing services in the process of establishing her own business. She runs a small scale perfume oil company where she explores her love for classic exotic fragrances. She is happily married to Adeyemi Omotunde and their marriage is blessed with two girls, Juwura and Babara.
